R.I.P. Jack Brisco
A former NWA world Champion, Jack Brisco passed away on Feb. 1st
due to complications from heart bypass surgery he had on Jan. 2nd.
He was 68. Chavo Sr. was making arrangements to go to his funeral.

Chavo Sr. talked about Jack, "Jack had so much class. I'm sure gonna' be there.
We are gonna' get together and pay our respects to great champion,
a great friend, a great competitor, and a great human being which was Jack Brisco.
There's not much to say about Jack ... just a class act.
Hell of an amateur wrestler and an NCAA Champion at 191 pounds.
I remember when I was at UTEP, I used to study him because he never got taken down."

R.I.P. Steve Williams
A good match of Chavo in the '80s, Steve "Dr. Death" Williams
passed away on Dec. 29th, 2009 after a lengthy struggle with cancer.
He was only 49.

R.I.P. Mike Lebell
Mr. Mike Lebell, the famous promoter of the NWA Los Angeles territory
during the 1960s and 1970s died on Novemer 24th. He was 79 years old.
According to his former co-worker, Jeff Walton, Lebell died in Los Angeles
at 3:50 p.m. of apparent respiratory failure.

Chavo Guerrero Sr. was awarded the "Monday Night Mayhem"
Hall of Fame on March 30th, 2009.
R. I. P. Mitsuharu Misawa

Chavo's good match in early 80's, Mitsuharu Misawa, passed away after being given
a back suplex from the opponent during a tag team match in Hiroshima on June 13th, 2009.
He had some great matches as Tiger Mask against Chavo 1984-1985 in Japan.
Misawa always admired Chavo as "one of the best wrestlers I've ever fought."
