The Doll Festival is celebrated on March 3. It is also a seasonal festival featuring peach blossoms. A group of beautifully dressed dolls are displayed in the home of family which has a young girl, wishing for her future happiness. The dolls represent members of the ancient imperial court. They are often passed from generation to generation.
