Introduction
Welcome to This Home-Page, Come and Join Us
Recently research about japanese Classic Fogeries has made much progress. and ISJP CD-ROM Monograph 1 is the best reference at present.(2nd edition to be published soon)

But about Cancellations only late Kr.Wilhelmsen(Norway)described in his book(1981) at page 274-289 in which he pointed out 142 Wada and 10 Spiro cancellations, but from my recent research it is clear there are more and more cancellations they used on forgeris.

The purpose of this Home-Page is to enjoy as much as possible with
the Forgeries and to make clear the whole figures of cancellations of Japanese classic Forgeries. But to collect cancellations is so difficult that I can not get only the part of them. And some of them are too scarce to confirm the whole images.
At present the chances of new discovery remain strongly. And to
show the cancellations as many as possible, I have copied and scanned many cancellations from the collections of my friends and the references which I show in Bibliography.

Syoji Koseki has offered me many copies to make scanned images from his collection. Ron Casey has given me a strong support and offered many copies from his collection and specially from late Kr.Wilhelmsen's collection to these pages. And Mack Strathdee has given me precious suggestions to make this Home-page structure.
I am very glad this site is supported internationally.

Anyway I hope that this trial makes many collectors enjoy more about Japanese classic Forgeries and also hope many collectors join this trial to make the research of cancellations more perfectly.
