世界の様子 Environment

ジュラ紀から白亜紀にかけて大量絶滅などはなく、
引き続き温暖で湿潤な気候が続いた。

There is no evidence of mass extinction during the Jurassic and Cretaceous,
and the Cretaceous climate was still very warm and moist.

生物

世界的に高温化が進んだ時代。そのためかアフリカでは スピノサウルス
や オウラノサウルス、南米では アマルガサウルスなど放熱に役立てたと
思われる帆を持つ恐竜の姿が見受けられる。

The climate of this period became hotter all over the world.
Dinosaurs had sails on their backs, like a radiator to get
rid of heat, including Spinosaurus and Ouranosaurus from Africa
and Amargasaurus from South America.
