The Plan For The Development

　There is a plan that they make a Keinawa Highway . The highway was already opened to the northern point at a distance of about three kilometers from The Nara Imperial palace Site, and to the southern point , the Inter Change of Nagoya-Osaka Highway.

　There are no high way between the north point and the south in Nara city, and its route has not been decided yet. If the road connects two point directly, it goes over The Garden of Eastern Palace.

　Ministry seems to have an idea building a tunnel through under the ground of The Nara Imperial palace Site, and they are having boring examinations at twelfth spots in The Nara Imperial palace Site and other area of Nara City.

 　　　　　　　

　We know the under water level of The Nara Imperial palace Site is very high by the flow from east mountains. But it is not clear where and how the under water is flowing. The water level is going down because the under water is used by factories and department stores and hotels. If the level continue to go down, precious wooden tablets will be broken. The fact that relics which are kept in under ground weather as soon as they are exposed air is known well.
