Summary:
(1) K7S3-N and AthlonXP 2500+@3200+ is unstable for long time.
(2) K7S3-N and AthlonXP 2500+@3000+ is (maybe) stable.
(3) I can set Performance mode with Winbond BH-5 memory. 
Good:
 - So many BIOS feature (Voltage, Frequency, Boot devices)
 - S1 & S3 ready (new BIOS does not support)
 - IO APIC supported
 - ATX 12V connector supported
 - PAL enable (but must be changing CPU fan connecter to another)
 - So cheap (under 10K Japanese YEN)

Accept:
 - No IEEE1394, S-ATA, RAID (but it's cheap!)
 - Not display FANs status now
 - Not correct Temp. status now

Bad:
 - Memory performance is not good in asynchronus. (SiS general)
 - Lose benchmarks by nForce with Dual DIMMs.
