Who are Phillip and Takashi? Just a gay couple living in Sydney. On this page, we hope to introduce ourselves more fully to you, in Japanese and English. And Kumachan? For those of you who know Japanese, as the name implies, Kumachan is our bear.
Phillip is from Australia, Sydney-born-and bred, and now living in Sydney with Takashi, who is Tokyo-born-and-bred. We moved to Sydney together March 2002 after living in Tokyo for a few years.
We'd like to let you know what we think about movies we've seen, books we've read, music we've listened to, gay-friendly stores we've been to, and who knows, in the not too distant future, we might even set up a Kumachan gallery.
The main reason for getting this site up and running on the web is for all sorts of people to drop by and visit, with particularly warm welcomes to international/intercultural gay couples like ourselves
So, feel free to sign our guestbook, and leave your own messages too. The title of the web page is just a joke, so don't take it seriously. We certainly don't.
